From completely dulled out to a total mirror finish with our strip and wax process! ✨

The team at Monte Verde Property Services LLC just wrapped up a massive floor restoration at a local beauty academy, and the transformation is amazing. Salons and schools are incredibly tough environments for floors. Between the rolling chairs, heavy foot traffic, and constant product or hair dye spills, VCT tile takes a serious beating over time.

Before we started, the tile was heavily scuffed, yellowed, and stained. We came in and completely stripped away years of old, built-up wax, did a deep detail scrub along the edges and styling stations, and laid down several coats of high-performance commercial finish.

Swipe through the photos to see the contrast, especially around the workstations and lockers. Not only do they look brand new, but they’re officially sealed to protect against future spills, which is going to make daily maintenance way easier for their team.

If your salon, school, or office floors in the Providence area are looking tired and have lost their shine, Monte Verde Property Services LLC has you covered.
